It was built as a one-stop-shop solution for various industries and scenarios, including retail order fulfillment, 3PL, B2B commerce, returns management, and manufacturing.

Pivotree's divestiture of its warehouse management assets to Tecsys

On May 1st, 2025, Pivotree announced the divestiture of select WMS assets to Tecsys Inc., another leading supply chain management software vendor.

According to Pivotree CEO Bill Di Nardo, the sale allowed Pivotree to concentrate its resources on strategic growth initiatives and commerce solutions that better align with its broader customer base.

The acquisition helped strengthen the Tecsys Elite WMS offering by expanding its global talent pool and 24/7 support coverage.
