Optima WMS

Optima WMS is Optima Warehouse Solutions' warehouse management system.

The UK-based software vendor has 25 years of industry experience and serves clients across third-party logistics, eCommerce, manufacturing, co-packing, and wholesale.

The system handles inventory, order processing, and warehouse operations through a web browser. Optional modules include invoicing, a customer portal, courier management, and configurable barcode workflows.

Optima integrates with online marketplaces including Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, eBay, and Mirakl. Its courier connections include DHL, UPS, FedEx, DPD, Yodel, and Evri.

The system also integrates with ERP and CRM platforms and accepts requests for integrations the vendor does not yet offer. Buyers should confirm their specific platforms against the integrations page on Optima’s website.
