Magaya WMS

Magaya is a cloud-based WMS purpose-built for freight forwarders and logistics service providers (LSPs).

There are five main apps available within Magaya WMS:

• Flow WMS: Run receiving, picking, and loading from an Android or iOS mobile device, with team tasks that let several users work on the same task.
• Final Mile: Facilitate the pickup of parcels using handheld devices, including pictures and signatures
• Binder: Log inventory information via barcodes and photos
• Dimensioner: Capture the weight and dimensions of packages and pallets (integrates with FreightSnap devices)
• LiveTrack: Allows users to track packages in real time

Users can control and manage their cargo inventory before it arrives in the warehouse using tracking software. Further key features include picking and loading, put-away (including setting the location of multiple items at once), automated billing, online transaction tracking, remote label printing, reporting, and warehouse sequencing.

A companion Flow portal lets supervisors create and manage teams and see which tasks are in progress and who is handling them.

Wireless handheld devices enable users to manage business processes from any location with an internet connection. Users can also opt to have the system installed on computers. Flow WMS continues operating if the Wi-Fi connection drops.

A range of support services is available, including technical support, setup, implementation, and training. Magaya WMS is a modular system, with packages selected according to individual business requirements.

There are also API capabilities for third-party ERP, TMS, and accounting software.
