Fishbowl Advanced is Fishbowl's most powerful inventory and warehouse management system for manufacturers, distributors, and wholesalers.

It is designed to streamline warehouse and manufacturing processes and boost efficiency. For example, warehouse staff can scan items with mobile devices and update stock levels in real time, reducing paperwork. 

Fishbowl Advanced can be accessed via web browsers or mobile apps, enabling on-the-go management.  (The older Fishbowl Anywhere mobile module has been replaced by these cloud/mobile tools.)

Fishbowl Go

Fishbowl Go is a mobile companion app that allows you to manage inventory tasks on the go. It allows users to perform cycle counts, update inventory records, and place orders on mobile devices or tablets.

• Real-time inventory & multi-location management: Tracks inventory across all sites with live updates. Supports barcode scanning (using Wasp/Zebra scanners) to increase accuracy.
• Sales & order management: Includes order entry, invoicing, purchase orders, and inventory updates for e-commerce and POS, including kitting and pricing.
• Manufacturing: Supports bill of materials (BOM), work orders, and material requirements planning (MRP). Labor tracking and cost reporting tie production steps to inventory.

• E-commerce: Supports popular commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, and others. Sales orders from online stores link directly to inventory.

How much do Fishbowl Inventory and Fishbowl Advanced cost?

Fishbowl Inventory (better suited to businesses that move and sell finished goods) has three plans: Essentials, Growth, and Scale. These plans don't include manufacturing BOM, work order, or MRP functionality.

This version is more suited to simpler operations replacing spreadsheets, growing operations automating reordering and omnichannel sales, or lot-tracked, audit-ready operations (e.g. food and beverages, chemicals and other regulated industries).

Fishbowl Advanced's two plans, Advanced Manufacturing and Advanced Warehouse, offer the above as well as job, labor, and landed costing, lot and batch traceability, mobile barcode scanning, and more.

They're best suited to teams in need of full infrastructure control, like those with multi-warehouse operations and/or 3PL workflows.
